Privacy Policy
EvoltriX Digital Marketing Effective Date: [01st July 2026]
1.1 Purpose of this Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how EvoltriX (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information in the course of providing digital marketing, website design and development, social media marketing, Google Business Profile management, graphic design, and UI/UX design services. We are committed to handling personal data responsibly, in line with applicable UAE data protection law, and to maintaining the trust our clients place in us.
1.2 Who We Are
EvoltriX is a digital marketing agency registered in the Ajman Free Zone, United Arab Emirates, providing services to businesses across the UAE, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and other emirates. As we currently operate without a fixed physical office, all client communication and service delivery is conducted virtually, by phone, WhatsApp, email, and video call.
1.3 Scope of this Policy
This Policy applies to personal data we collect through our website (evol-trix.com), direct communications (email, phone, WhatsApp, Botim), social media channels, and any other interactions with our clients, prospective clients, and website visitors. It applies to all team members, contractors, and partners who handle personal data on EvoltriX’s behalf.
2.1 Personal Information You Provide
We collect personal information that you give us directly — for example, when you submit our website contact form, message us on WhatsApp, email us, or engage our services. This may include:
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you visit evol-trix.com, certain non-personal information may be collected automatically, including:
This information helps us understand how visitors use our site and where to improve it. It is reviewed in aggregate and is not used to identify you individually.
2.3 Cookies and Analytics (Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Search Console)
Our website currently uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use evol-trix.com. GA4 sets a first-party cookie (_ga) to distinguish visitor sessions and automatically collects:
GA4 does not collect your name, email address, or phone number through standard site analytics unless you separately submit that information to us via our contact form — the two are not linked by default. Our GA4 property has user-provided data collection capability enabled, which would allow hashed (not plain-text) customer identifiers such as email or phone number to be matched with Google for improved ad measurement, if we choose to activate it in future. This feature is not currently sending data. If we activate it, we will update this Policy and ensure appropriate consent is obtained beforehand.
Google Ads and Google Signals (linked to GA4): Our GA4 property is linked to Google Ads, with Google Signals and ads personalization enabled. This means:
You can manage or turn off ad personalization for your own Google Account at Google Ads Settings, and you can review or delete data associated with your account via My Activity.
Google Search Console (linked to GA4): Our GA4 property is also linked to Search Console, which provides aggregate reporting on the search terms people use to find our site on Google. This linkage does not set its own cookies and does not feed into advertising.
For more detail on how Google processes this data and your controls over ad personalisation, see Google’s Privacy Policy, How Google uses data from sites that use Google services, and Google Ads Settings, where you can opt out of personalised advertising.
You can also disable analytics tracking using a browser extension such as Google’s Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by adjusting your browser’s cookie settings. If our use of cookies or advertising tools changes — for example, if we add tools beyond Google’s product suite — we will update this section accordingly.
We use the information we collect to:
We do not use your personal information for any purpose incompatible with the ones listed above without notifying you.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it in the following limited circumstances:
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse, including:
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. If we become aware of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will assess the impact and notify affected individuals and, where required, the relevant UAE authorities, in line with our legal obligations.
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy:
Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to:
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 12. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Our services are intended for businesses and individuals aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected information from a child without appropriate consent, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
Our website and communications may reference or link to third-party websites, platforms, or tools (such as social media platforms, scheduling tools, or client project-management software) that are not operated by us. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties, and we encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.
10.1 UAE Data Protection Law
EvoltriX is committed to handling personal data in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL), including processing data fairly and transparently, applying appropriate security safeguards, and respecting the data subject rights outlined in Section 7.
We process personal information on one or more of the following lawful bases:
10.2 International Clients
